Gustavo Campos

Gustavo Campos is a leader with significant experience in both real estate and finance. Mr. Campos career includes having held C-level positions and practices in international markets including Mexico, USA, Singapore and Malaysia, where he managed a private equity investment fund. He has been a guest speaker about Risk Management and financial topics at Singaporean, American and Mexican business schools such as NUS, NTU and INSEAD as well as at the University of Illinois. He has also been a guest panelist at Cornell University regarding global markets opportunities and Private Equity investments.

Bennett Johnson III

Bennett J. Johnson III has had a successful career in finance and business operations, dealing with complex credit and fixed income derivatives, collateralized debt, and unique valuation models. He has shepherded transactions from concept to final capital structure to post transaction debriefing. Bennett served as the City of Chicago’s Budget Director in the Office of Budget and Management (OBM). As Budget Director, Bennett was responsible for preparing and executing the City’s annual $6 billion operating budget and the $8 billion capital budget for over 40 departments with more than 35,000 employees. Bennett was also charged with overseeing the City’s performance management initiative which allows OBM to evaluate the efficiency and efficacy of all City operations and drives management reforms that improve the City’s fiscal condition and increase taxpayer value. Additionally, he supervised federal, state and private grants and was the spokesperson and lead communicator with City Council and the Mayor on Chicago’s finances and management issues, along with providing input on various high priority projects.

Philip Kim, M.D.

Dr. Kim is the Chief Executive officer and founding member of the Center for Interventional Pain & Spine, Ageless MD of the Main Line,  and Center for Brain Care, Previous Medical Representative for the Controlled Substance Advisory Committee of Delaware and a Current member of the Delaware County Opioid Settlement Foundation. Current, President of Pennsylvania Pain Society and Vice President of Federation for Pain Care Access

Paul B. Robertson

Real Estate Developer; Paul identifies and executes multifamily and senior living development opportunities in the Midwest. Paul's responsibilities include identifying and acquiring the property to be developed, obtaining any required governmental approvals and entitlements, coordinating the design and construction as well as overseeing the marketing and leasing of each project. Paul has developed over one million square feet of retail space in markets throughout North America.

Marc Rosenthal

Marc E. Rosenthal has been a partner at global law firms Mayer Brown and Proskauer since 2000, concentrating on litigation and insurance recovery for clients nationwide. He has significant experience as a litigator and corporate adviser who focuses on issues of insurance and reinsurance.

Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan is a commercial real estate investor with emphasis on single-tenant retail properties.  Sullivan has been involved in Chicago real estate investment for 39 years, acquiring his first 3-flat shortly after completing his master’s degree at the University of Wisconsin Business School. In 2002 he left his position as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Orix Real Estate Equities to focus on his real estate investments full time. Sullivan has previously served on the Chicago based boards of the Institute for Entrepreneurship, the Center for Urban Business at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Heartland Alliance Health and Heartland Housing.
